Our products play a crucial role in various applications, from food to personal care. However, many supply chains face significant challenges, such as climate change, lack of transparency, and deforestation.

To address these issues, we work with local farmers and production partners to ensure our ingredients are traceable, organic certified, and sustainable. We aim to preserve natural resources and promote fair trade practices.

As Research, Development and Quality Lead, you will be responsible for driving innovation and continuous improvement of our processes and systems. You will work closely with our team to develop and manage our pipeline of new product innovations and ensure our future product portfolio aligns with our company vision.

You will also support customers in their product development journey, providing expertise on how to use our specialty oils and lipids effectively. Your goal will be to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or related field
  • Solid understanding and experience of oils and fats in various applications
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle complex processes
  • Hands-on experience in a fast-changing environment
  • Knowledge of BRC standard, organic regulations, and food safety requirements
