Position Overview

The role of an Industrialization Engineer involves overseeing the effective industrialization of intricate software designs intended for high-volume service applications. You will ensure that the product adheres to essential cycle time, field availability, and operational cost criteria. Utilizing your extensive knowledge in metrology, you will establish precise control over the ASML system and its functionalities with nanometer-level accuracy through mathematical modeling. This position requires the delivery of software packages while integrating multiple technical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the industrialization process for complex software designs.
  • Ensure compliance with cycle time, field availability, and operational cost standards.
  • Implement control mechanisms for the ASML system using advanced metrology techniques.
  • Deliver comprehensive software packages that meet project specifications.
  • Collaborate across various technical disciplines to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrialization, or a Physics-related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
  • Proficient in Production and/or Industrial Engineering, design for manufacturing, and value engineering.
  • Technical proficiency in Python, C/C++, MATLAB, and LaTeX.
  • Experience with Lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles.
  • Strong affinity for software development.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • A collaborative team player with effective communication skills in English.
