About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at MD7 International (Communications). As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the sales process and negotiating contracts with property owners. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment and be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets and enjoy uncapped commission
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contract terms with property owners via phone calls
  • Follow up with property owners and obtain commitments
  • Update MD7's internal database, LiveTrack, and maintain accurate records
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
Requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken Dutch language skills
  • Basic written and spoken English language skills
  • Sales or negotiation experience
  • Enthusiasm and a desire to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Excellent time management skills
