Voyage Coordinator

Are you passionate about the transportation of bulk liquids? As our Voyage Coordinator, you will be working with the commercial team to provide support to the voyage optimization and sales & marketing department. You will be the day-to-day liaison of Stolt Tankers with our customers and brokers.

Stolt Tankers, a division of Stolt-Nielsen Limited, is the specialist in transporting bulk liquids: Chemicals, clean petroleum, gases, vegetable oils, biofuels, and oleochemicals. We are continuously seeking ways to add value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the day-to-day liaison with spot and Contract of Affreightment (COA) customers.
• Nominate ships under COA's and spot fixtures.
• Optimize voyages and maximize financial results.
• Handle all customer service requests.
• Maintain voyage itinerary and P/L for assigned ships.
• Accurately enter spot fixtures, barging, and transshipments in IMOS and any later changes to the spot fixture.
• Provide weekly forecast reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level working experience.
• Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience in the shipping industry.
• Analytically strong with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Excel and other MS Office tools, IMOS is an advantage.
