About the Job
We are looking for a highly skilled Cleanroom Process Developer to join our team at On Time Engineers.
As a Cleanroom Process Developer, you will be responsible for leading research and design projects, as well as process engineering for cleanroom-related products and processes.
- Developing and introducing new production processes for reaching desired product cleanliness specifications;
- Supporting the sales department and communicating about technical subjects with customers;
- Ensuring customer technical requirements for processing products are translated and embedded into production processes;
- Translating product specifications into existing and new processes. Therefore co-determining the optimal work sequence, workplace layout, processing times, required machines and tools;
- Leading and executing R&D projects together with process engineers;
- Collaborating with supplier for developing new processes;
- Coordinates the introduction of new processes;
- Together with the process engineers introduces new products and processes at the production;
- Analysing and managing project risks related to implementing new processes;
- Compiling TPS, FMEA, pFlow, First Article Inspection Reports, work instructions and responsibility transfer reports;
- Analyses, identifies, advises and consults in the context of processes, quality, safety, controllability and optimal production.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A technical education (MTS, Bachelor) in field of Mechanical Engineering, Technical Business Administration or extensive experience in a similar position;
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in R&D or process engineering, preferably in cleanroom environments;
- Strong understanding of cleanroom protocols and standards;
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as 8D, FMEAs, and 5S;
- Proficiency in data analysis and risk management;
- Excellent project management skills;
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
