Oxford Global Resources is seeking a highly skilled Biotechnology Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team in Leiden. As a key member of the quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in the production of advanced CAR-T immunotherapies.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine testing and analysis of products and incoming goods using techniques such as Flow Cytometry, ELISA, and PCR.
- Assist with method validation, method transfers, and equipment maintenance.
- Support the implementation and adherence to GMP guidelines.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of an efficient GMP laboratory.
- Participate in laboratory investigations and deviations.
- Manage the availability of critical reagents and consumables.
- Provide training and support to fellow QC technicians.
- BSc/MSc in life sciences, biotechnology, or engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company as a process engineer.
- Proficient in English.
- Detail-oriented, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
- Salary: €3000 - €5000 per month, depending on experience.
- Contract: Temporary assignment or secondment for 12 months.
- Work Location: On-site in the Leiden region.
- Flexibility: Part-time work (32 hours) is possible.
