**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations and Maintenance Manager, Critical Facilities to join our team at Google. As a critical member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our critical facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and ensure optimal facility performance.
  • Lead a team of maintenance personnel to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to critical facilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize facility needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to facility operations and maintenance.
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair activities.

**Requirements**

  • Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other verifiable training in a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 9 years of experience working as a Facilities/Operations Manager or Chief Engineer within a critical facility, with a proven track record of success in maintaining high-performing facilities.
