Wij zoeken een Service Specialist Team Lead

Je verantwoordelijkheden
  • Je motiveert en coacht het team met 2 - 4 medewerkers samen met de Megastore manager
  • Het oppakken van de binnenkomende issues. Denk hierbij aan de terugbelverzoeken, klanten informeren over uitgestelde levertijden en het beantwoorden van verschillende klantvragen.
  • Uitvoeren en verwerken van de tellingen in de winkel en het op voorraad zetten van fietsen, onderdelen en accessoires
  • Het oppakken van de binnenkomende e-mails
  • Bijhouden van de ingeplande testritten en deze nabellen om alvast meer informatie te achterhalen
  • Klanten het goede nieuws brengen dat de fiets klaar staat om opgehaald te worden en van iedere uitlevering een feestje maken
  • Ondersteunen van de werkplaats en sales collega's, helpen met inplannen van de werkopdrachten en bijbehorende administratie maar ook helpen bij verkoop in de winkel als nodig

Wat zoeken wij?
  • Iemand met energie en enthousiasme;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om empathisch en overtuigend te zijn;
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, secuur en stressbestendig;
  • Je bent in staat het overzicht te houden tussen grote hoeveelheden orders en klantvragen;
  • Je bent 32 tot 40 uur per week en 1 dag in het weekend beschikbaar.
