We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join our team in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our laboratories, providing technical advice to junior staff, and implementing standard operating protocols.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the operation of laboratories and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to junior staff on laboratory procedures and protocols.
- Develop and implement standard operating protocols to ensure efficient and effective laboratory operations.
- Contribute to scientific publications and present research findings at conferences and seminars.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head.
- Ph.D. degree in Biomedical/Health Sciences or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years' post-qualification work experience in a laboratory setting.
- Excellent leadership and laboratory management skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Organized, responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
