Job Title: Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Supervisor to join our team at DHO Logistics BV. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of our logistics department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods and materials
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Manage and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and carriers
  • Monitor and control inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
