About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Service Manager to lead our IT service delivery team. As a Strategic IT Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our IT services are delivered to the highest standards, meeting the needs of our business stakeholders and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement IT service management strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the IT service delivery team to ensure that services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop IT services that meet those needs.
- Manage and maintain the IT service portfolio, ensuring that services are aligned with business objectives and are delivered in a cost-effective manner.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure that IT services are delivered in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on IT service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
- 5-10 years of experience in IT service management, with a strong background in ITIL and service management principles.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality IT services, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex IT service issues.
- Experience with IT service management tools and technologies, including service desk software and IT service management platforms.
