Nouvall Engineering Services B.V. is seeking a highly skilled SHE Supervisor to join our team. As a SHE Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and environmental aspects of our projects are met.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular safety rounds to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Coordinate and advise on safety procedures during work activities.
• Analyze and evaluate HSE risks, including incident and near-miss reports.
• Manage work permits and ensure compliance with Project One specifications and standards.
• Provide expert advice on safety, health, and environmental matters.
• Prepare and present reports on SHE performance and progress.
• Participate in safety meetings and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Relevant safety education and certification (e.g. PA2 or MVK).
• At least 15 years' experience in SHE supervision on major construction sites.
• Proven track record of working on projects within the petrochemical industry.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
• Valid VCA-VOL certificate or willingness to obtain it before start date.
