Key Responsibilities

As a Logistics Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborating with our customer service and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient order processing
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies and issues with orders and shipments
  • Ensuring that all customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time, with a focus on meeting our same-day dispatch targets
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and data within our ERP system
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a logistics or organizational role, with a strong understanding of logistics projects and tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using a computer for routine office tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience working with non-logistics colleagues and collaborating on projects
  • Understanding of spoken Dutch and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and data

Work Environment

This role is based in our Amsterdam site, near Station Hollandrecht, and requires the ability to work in a light warehouse environment with regular data entry and other tasks on a computer.
