Role Overview

Are you passionate about enhancing an AI-driven platform that supports a vast network of designers and inspires millions of users? In this role, you will be the advocate for user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) across various segments of our platform, directly impacting the product teams you collaborate with. At Creative Fabrica, we are committed to building the e-commerce platform of the future, with the goal of significantly enhancing usability and elevating the user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage actively in all phases of product development, from initial discovery to final delivery and beyond, adopting a hands-on approach.
  • Utilize a combination of qualitative and quantitative data to understand user needs, inform design decisions, validate assumptions, and gather insights.
  • Maintain a holistic perspective on UX, considering the customer's journey and their interactions with the product and company over time.
  • Strive for a balance between technological innovation and user-friendliness, always keeping our ultimate goal in mind: effectively serving our users.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in creating a vibrant and accessible creative ecosystem. Our platform is expanding rapidly, both in scale and complexity, thanks to our development team, which continuously introduces exciting features, including our AI tool, CF Spark, and the new design tool, Studio. Your challenge will be to leverage these technological advancements while ensuring our UX/UI remains intuitive and engaging.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI Design within an e-commerce environment.
  • A proven track record of producing flawless design assets.
  • A strong foundation in UX design principles, with a data-driven approach to design decisions.
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
  • Experience designing for various platforms, including web, email, and mobile.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript.

Work Arrangement

This position requires you to work from our Amsterdam office 1-2 times per week.
