We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented High Precision Machine Operator to join our team at Flowserve Etten-Leur, Netherlands. As a key member of our PMC Pumps department, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality metalwork products using state-of-the-art CNC machines.

• Operate high-precision CNC machines to produce single-drive shafts from steel, stainless steel, or duplex materials.
• Work closely with colleagues to receive working drawings and assess feasibility and specified tolerances.
• Independently follow procedures to complete projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Program files yourself from drawings for workpieces, operating the machine to achieve precise results.
• Responsible for maintaining your machine, checking adjustments, tool quality, and tooling.
• Take interim measurements on workpieces, ensuring quality control and adherence to specifications.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A professional diploma or equivalent level of experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working with CNC machines.
• Excellent English language skills; Dutch proficiency is an asset.
• A keen eye for detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Strong social skills and a pleasant demeanor, making you a valuable colleague.
