DIRECT PROCUREMENT INTERNSHIPS

At Coty, we are in search of motivated Procurement Interns who possess a proactive approach. As a Procurement Intern, you will collaborate with our Direct Procurement teams located at our Headquarters. This internship is designed for individuals eager to gain practical experience in the field.

Procurement Operations in Amsterdam

Our Amsterdam headquarters is home to Global Direct Category teams that oversee Packaging, Raw Materials, and External Manufacturing, as well as Global Indirect Category and EMEA Procurement teams that manage Media, Digital, Marketing, Business Services, and Logistics. Our diverse team, composed of individuals from various backgrounds, is passionate about professional development and is driving Coty's transformation journey. The teams focus on identifying enhancements and implementing projects that deliver value, service, and necessary resources for reinvestment to elevate our iconic brands.

Internship Offerings

Within the Direct Procurement function, we provide internship roles across the domains of Glass, Raw Materials, and Secondary Packaging.

The key responsibilities include:

Analyzing spend data to assist category buyers Supporting and leading RFI/RFP processes Contributing to our sustainability initiatives Assisting with various transformation projects Managing day-to-day interactions with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Candidate Requirements

Currently enrolled student (final year of Bachelor/Master), maintaining enrollment throughout the internship Previous experience in Procurement/Supply Chain is preferred A strong interest in beauty and our brands, with an affinity for dynamic environments Analytical mindset, proficient with numbers, and strong Excel skills Willingness to take on responsibilities and contribute value Proactive and hands-on approach Adaptable and enjoys challenges Strong administrative and communication skills, with a preference for teamwork Proficiency in English

Internship Details

This internship is full-time (40 hours per week) for a duration of 5-6 months. Remote work options are available up to 50% of the time, subject to alignment with your supervisor. An internship allowance and transportation support will be provided. The internship can be aligned with academic thesis work, though this will primarily be conducted independently.
