About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team in Amsterdam. As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving our growth and scaling our business by finding and hiring exceptional talent.

You'll be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruiting process, from CV screening to final negotiation, and provide ultra-sharp assessments of skills and potential fit for Picnic. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for people, recruitment, and creating a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Find and hire exceptional talent together with your fellow recruiters and sourcers
  • Lead the end-to-end recruiting process, from CV screening to final negotiation
  • Build a robust pipeline of top candidates for immediate or future onboarding
  • Develop innovative strategies to find new talent
About You
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced international environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Stellar writing, speaking, and listening skills in English and Dutch or German
  • A passion for people, recruitment, and creating a great candidate experience
