Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical refinements and architectural sessions to ensure projects stay on track and meet requirements
- Collaborate with customers, users, and Scrum team members to identify, analyze, understand, and specify project requirements
- Propose alternative solutions to overcome professional or technical obstacles that arise during projects
- Attend client meetings and provide technical architectural solutions
- Assist the senior business development team with pre-sales activities to secure new clients
- Visualize processes and requirements to enhance communication and understanding among team members and stakeholders
- Be the go-to person for technical questions and provide technical support to your team
- Ensure projects adhere to our technical quality standards, such as test-driven development
- Design sustainable, state-of-the-art software solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guide your team in their professional growth
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and English (Dutch is a must for client interactions)
- Proficiency in designing and communicating software architecture in cloud systems to all stakeholders
- Ability to estimate the financial impact of architecture alternatives
- In-depth knowledge of analytics, object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and modularization
- Hands-on experience with container technologies (Kubernetes) and ideally with Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, Google)
- Residency in or around Amsterdam to collaborate effectively with your team
- Insight into current and future technology trends, especially in sales contexts
- Ability to understand complex topics and processes, and translate them into actionable insights
- Detail-oriented with a strong grasp of the big picture
- Experience in starting software development projects from scratch and set standards for successful project delivery
