Job Description

SAP SuccessFactors EC HCM is a key component of our HR strategy at Next-Link. We are seeking an experienced SAP Employee Central Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement SAP EC HCM solutions for our clients.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Time Off & MDF objects.
  • Integrate data between SAP EC and SuccessFactors using PTP interface or PA_SE_IN.
  • Provide expert-level support for SAP EC HCM projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
  • More than 5 years of experience in full-cycle implementation and support projects for SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
  • Good experience & knowledge on multiple SuccessFactors – Employee Central, Time off, Time tracking and Time sheet.
  • Good Knowledge of SAP HCM on premise solution (preferable).
  • Certified in SuccessFactors Time Management module.
  • Good knowledge on the HR Business Processes.
  • Good Communication skills (Dutch preferred).
