Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies that align with business objectives.
- Lead the Revenue Operations team, ensuring seamless collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting across the organisation.
- Manage and develop the SalesOps, RevOps analysts, and Sales Enablement teams.
- Optimize and maintain the revenue tech stack, focusing on CRM systems.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set and achieve growth targets.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Commercial Ops related fields.
