Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Specialist to join our team in Dordrecht, The Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to the field service, organizing and coordinating after-sales activities, managing service tickets, and operational management of maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to the field service (remotely)
- Organize and coordinate after-sales activities (including assembly and commissioning)
- Manage service tickets from start to finish
- Operate maintenance contracts

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree (HBO) thinking level or equivalent in a technical direction;
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the technical sector, energy production systems, in-depth knowledge of diesel and/or gas engines in general and cogeneration systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch;
- VCA and other safety/technical certificates
- Minimum computer knowledge required: system, Word, Excel, SAP programs
