Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Trading Technology Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ultra-low-latency trading systems, exchange protocol encoders and decoders, and automated trading strategies. You will work closely with traders and researchers to understand business needs and design effective solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop ultra-low-latency trading systems and exchange protocol encoders and decoders
  • Develop and fine-tune automated trading strategies
  • Collaborate with traders and researchers to understand business needs and design effective solutions
  • Contribute to the development of user interfaces to provide traders with real-time market data and system performance information
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a trading or financial industry
  • Mastery of one or more object-oriented programming languages (e.g., C++, C#, or Java)
  • Strong understanding of computer science, algorithms, memory models, concurrency, CPU architecture, operating systems, and relational databases
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and interest in the financial industry
  • Ambition to stay on top of things and continuously improve
