Verantwoordelijkheden- Je bent samen met het team verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van polissen op het gebied van aansprakelijkheidsverzekeringen.
- Je ondersteunt de Underwriters van MS Amlin door de polisadministratie te verzorgen.
- Je zorgt voor het opstellen van polissen en het verwerken van mutaties.
- Je zorgt voor een correcte registratie van de polissen in onze systemen.
- Je verwerkt naverrekeningen.
- Je verzorgt overzichten en rapportages.
- Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten op administratief vlak, zowel via e-mail als telefonisch.
- Je staat regelmatig in contact met collega's van andere afdelingen (Underwriting, Finance en Claims).
Je bent kwaliteitsgericht, werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail. Je bent analytisch en werkt graag met cijfers. Je kan goed zelfstandig werken maar bent ook een echte team player. Daarnaast ben je in staat om uitstekende service te verlenen, zowel aan onze klanten als aan collega's.
