Software Development Internship Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our Conference department at Bosch Security and Safety Systems. Our team is dedicated to developing advanced conference products that facilitate structured and efficient meetings.
Our goal is to create tools and solutions that enhance communication, streamline collaboration, and ensure that every meeting is productive and organized. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we aim to provide users with a seamless experience that supports clear agendas, effective time management, and meaningful interactions.
Your Tasks- Conduct research and brainstorming sessions to explore innovative approaches for creating an on-premise conference system using standard hardware such as mobile phones and tablets;
- Develop a detailed proposal outlining the design, implementation plan, and benefits of the proposed conference system, including potential use cases and applications;
- Perform a risk assessment to identify potential challenges and issues related to the deployment of the conference system, and propose mitigation strategies;
- Create a proof of concept (PoC) to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed system, including functional prototypes and initial testing to validate the approach.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Currently studying Computer Science, IT, or a similar field;
- Software programming skills, preferably in app development for iOS and/or Android;
- A research mindset and proactive approach;
- Proficient in English verbal and written communication;
- Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months, preferably longer;
- Based in the Netherlands, preferably in Eindhoven.
