As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients, ensuring that we meet our service agreements and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, collaborating with clients and senior stakeholders to understand and regularly update hiring needs and optimal resource allocation.
- Sourcing candidates using a variety of tools and channels to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Building strong and trusted partner relationships with clients and hiring managers, acting as a strategic partner and advisor regarding the sourcing and recruitment process.
- Providing strategic advice to hiring managers at each stage of the recruitment process, utilizing knowledge of the local market to design optimal recruitment and sourcing strategies.
- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Expertise in various creative candidate sourcing strategies, including direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, social media, advertising, and database searching.
- Demonstrable ability to act as a trusted advisor, engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in working with recruitment systems/ATSs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
