Focused on color cosmetics, retail hair coloring and styling products, body care and mass fragrances sold primarily in the mass retail channels with brands such as COVERGIRL, Max Factor and Rimmel.
About the Role
The Marketing Director will be responsible for setting a vision for the business unit, defining end results, and mapping out what it will take to get there. They will identify risks, consistently lead the thinking, convince management, and be accountable for outcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Manage budgets and resources to achieve marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or Marketing.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing roles, including 3 years in MAKE UP.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience managing teams and developing direct reportees.
- Track record of managing complexity and multiple projects within limited timeframes.
- Full proficiency in English.
- Full mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
