AEG Power Solutions is seeking a skilled Electrical Field Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and technical support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on installing, maintaining, and repairing power solutions at customer sites, ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair power supply and related systems, including battery maintenance and swap-over.
  • Test and replace defective components to ensure system operation according to pre-defined standards.
  • Document site visits, including field service reports, expenses, and overtime sheets.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
  • Provide technical training and instructions to customers and third parties.
  • Ensure effective and efficient use of service repair equipment.
  • Keep track of necessary calibration or exchange of equipment.
  • Ensure health and safety measures are taken before entering customer sites.
  • Inform customers about possible system improvements and coordinate follow-up with the sales team.
  • Proactively sell customer services based on customer needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in field service roles, with a focus on electrical/electronic equipment repair.
  • Experience with power electronic systems and related installation/maintenance/service procedures.
  • Willingness to work weekends and night shifts to ensure 24/7 availability to clients.
  • Travel time up to 80%.
  • Competency in English.
