Job Opportunity in Research Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our team at the School of Public Health. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various research projects, gain valuable experience, and contribute to the advancement of public health knowledge.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and analysis of research studies
  • Collect and analyze data, and prepare reports and presentations
  • Collaborate with researchers, students, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to support research activities
  • Participate in literature reviews, systematic reviews, and other research activities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related disciplines
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently and as a team
  • Knowledge of infectious disease epidemiology, systematic review, and quantitative skills is highly desirable
