Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Turnaround Planner to join our team at Hexion Careers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and executing turnarounds and maintenance projects to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures around maintenance projects and turnarounds.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs and develop project plans.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of maintenance projects.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance project coordination or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and execution principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with maintenance management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
