Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our EHS Manufacturing team as an intern. As an EHS Manufacturing Intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented and supportive team, gaining a comprehensive learning experience in EHS practices and digital tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the development, training, and deployment of the EHS Onboarding Process with the Global EHS community.
  • Standardize documentation to ensure compliance with the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) and external parties.
  • Take a learning journey in business tools such as Microsoft SharePoint Creation and Management from basic to advanced to support the EHS Global SharePoint Integration Project.
  • Support cross-zone EHS Team on the analysis of EHS events to gain understanding on EHS performances and developing high-level insights for EHS Global Community.
  • Contribute to strengthening governance & controls of EHS process and routine.
Requirements:
  • You are enrolled at a European university for at least 50% of the duration of the internship.
  • You are at the end of your bachelor or in your master's degree of EHS, Engineering, or a similar background.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills are required.
  • You are willing to learn business tools (such as Intelex, Canva, Tableau/PowerBI, etc.) and how those tools integrate into other functional work processes.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills to interact with different partners, as you'll frequently be exposed to senior management.
  • You are able to develop relationships with various stakeholders from different functions, background, and cultures.
  • You are proactive, curious, and enthusiastic. You're not easily thrown off your game, not even when you get resistance.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.
  • Influencing skills and international business/cultural sensitivity.
  • You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. Any other language is an advantage.
  • NOTE: EU working rights are required.
What We Offer:
  • Program start date: August 2024.
  • Duration: 6 months.
  • Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses.
  • Location: Amsterdam.
  • This is a hybrid position, you will need to be based in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship.
