We are seeking a Senior Manager for Global Performance Technology to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve technology, processes, and analytics to support performance management.
- Act as Product Owner for key tools and technologies, evolving them to improve user-centricity and business impact.
- Identify opportunities to harness automation and AI, and lead the implementation of new technologies.
- Manage data related to performance systems, generating insights to inform C-Level stakeholders.
- Design and refine processes, tools, and analytics to increase efficiency of performance teams.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and platforms to streamline performance management processes.
- Own the training and provide guidance to user-base and community of KPI Owners.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Performance Management, Consulting, or Product Management, ideally in a Global environment.
- Intellectually curious with an interest in performance management and its impact on business results.
- Passionate about technology and innovation.
- Product Owner experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
