About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expeditor Coordinator to join our team. As an Expeditor Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as Engineering and QC, to ensure that deadlines are met and external visits are conducted as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Monitor the progress of procured goods and services to ensure compliance with purchase orders
  • Ensure delivery is in accordance with agreements and escalate issues as necessary
  • Take a proactive approach to ensure timely delivery is essential to the projects

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree and work experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
