About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Workday Functional Consultant to drive the strategic management, optimization, and enhancement of our Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead configuration and implementation of Workday HCM and Time and Absence modules.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to analyze needs and design effective solutions.
  • Conduct system testing, support UAT, and manage the rollout of new features.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation for configurations and processes.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors for seamless integration.

About You:

  • You have experience as a Workday Functional Consultant, especially in HCM and Time Tracking.
  • You possess deep knowledge of Workday, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.
  • Workday certification and familiarity with Jira/Confluence are a plus.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
