Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to join our global team in Amsterdam. This role will support the Product Manager in the development, launch, and improvement of our product offering.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in analyzing UX research data to inform product decisions.
- Create and maintain dashboards for product performance.
- Gather and document requirements for new testing solutions.
- Stay up to date on trends and conduct extensive analysis on competitors and partner technology that could have an impact on the platform.
- Understand the needs of the users and advocate for the ideal UX experience.
- Support product communication and feedback initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and the wider MMR research teams to align products with market needs.
- Participate in developing and refining product features.
- Prioritize user needs and support the development of the roadmap.
- Liaise with customer success teams to manage client enterprise solutions.
- Assist in training clients and internal teams on product features.
- Help develop sales and marketing materials.
- MSc level education in any science degree, preferably with a focus on Psychology, Marketing, Business & Technology, UX Research, or related.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in technology and statistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in research projects, project management, consultancy, startup work, or stakeholder management is appreciated.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global team.
