Job Summary

As a Commissioning Engineer for Data Centers at Trinamics Beheer B.V., you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth commissioning of data centers. This involves overseeing the commissioning process, monitoring technical results, coordinating with the commissioning team, and serving as the onsite technical representative. You will also handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling works and updating drawings, and ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commissioning Process: Complete the commissioning process according to agreed performance indicators, ensuring safety, timeliness, quality, and budget.
  • Technical Monitoring: Monitor commissioning results to ensure they meet technical requirements.
  • Team Coordination: Ensure the commissioning team follows defined guidelines, processes, and procedures.
  • Onsite Representative: Serve as Trinamics' onsite technical representative, attending various commissioning meetings and decision-making milestones.
  • Site Administration: Handle commissioning-related administrative tasks, such as scheduling works, updating drawings in line with onsite modifications, and closing out open items in commissioning systems.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor adherence to standards, regulations, laws, quality, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Qualification in Electrical Engineering (MBO/HBO) with at least 4 years of commissioning experience, particularly in the energy or utility industry.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in power distribution systems (switchgear, transformers) and proficiency with testing/commissioning methods.
  • Safety & Communication: Strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Flexibility & Mobility: Willingness to work on international projects for extended periods; must hold an EU passport and a valid driver's license.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
