About This Role

At King of Reach by B&S, we're seeking a highly skilled Brand Specialist to join our team. As a Brand Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies for our B&S brand and A-brand partners. This will involve creating engaging content, managing stakeholders, and tracking industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies for both our B&S brand and our A-brand partners.
  • Create engaging content that is tailored to specific target audiences, leveraging storytelling, digital tools, in-store activations, PR, and any available channels to make our brands stand out in a competitive market.
  • Manage stakeholders—working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Purchase teams, along with external partners, to ensure alignment and successful execution of brand plans.
  • Track industry trends, keeping our brands ahead of the curve by applying innovative approaches and tools that appeal to both new and existing customers.
  • Oversee budget management, ensuring cost-effective, high-impact solutions across all brand activation efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communication-related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand activation, trade marketing, and project management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working in fast-paced, global environments
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with a strong command of the English language
  • Proven ability to drive projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision
