We are currently seeking an experienced engineer with a strong background in (Microsoft) Security Services.

We are looking for seasoned IT professionals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally possessing the following qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT Audit, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven IT experience with Microsoft 365 technologies in a multinational enterprise, complemented by relevant certifications in both Microsoft 365 and security (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
- Understanding of outsourcing principles at operational, tactical, and strategic levels, with end-to-end accountability for WPS services delivered across various parties.
- Experience in highly regulated environments, such as financial institutions.
- Active participation in conferences and meet-ups, with a commitment to personal improvement and encouraging others to grow.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating effectively across all organizational levels.
- Ability to visualize, articulate, and resolve complex challenges.
- Recognized as the 'go-to person' for the team in challenging situations, demonstrating genuine teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
