Procurement Manager - HR & Professional Services

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to spearhead our procurement strategies. As part of your responsibilities, you will be managing various HR-related contracts and utilizing your expertise in stakeholder management for a seamless procurement process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers;
  • Develop procurement strategies for each category to optimize and prioritize the impact of purchasing activities;
  • Conduct tenders, negotiations, and select new suppliers for key categories;
  • Manage supplier and contract relationships to ensure compliance and value for money.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' procurement experience in HR & Recruitment services;
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management;
  • Proven experience in negotiating large-scale HR contracts;
  • Strong analytical abilities, with advanced Excel knowledge and solid presentation skills;
  • Capable of structuring activities, managing projects, and driving change;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Nevi 2 certification is an advantage.
What We Offer

The gross annual salary is approximately €85,000, which includes holiday allowance, along with outstanding secondary benefits, including a bonus.
