About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team at Huisman. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating field services and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate field services and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Assist project managers in the execution of service assignments
  • Arrange flights and hotel reservations for field engineers
  • Order parts and arrange for their shipment or collection
  • Review and file service reports
  • Draw up financial project statements and invoices for service orders

Requirements

  • Higher professional education certificate, preferably in a technical field
  • Experience in a similar position, preferably in the maritime or offshore industry
  • EU passport/valid work permit for The Netherlands
  • Good command of the English language verbally and in writing
