HR Operations Specialist

Job Summary
As an HR Operations Specialist at Neptune Energy, you will be the face of HR for our employees in the Netherlands. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure professional, timely, and accurate resolution of queries and issues. You will also serve as the local HR systems expert, providing introductions, training, and guidance to enable all users to successfully engage with our HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply your functional HR expertise to prioritize, respond to, and resolve HR questions, requests, and issues.
- Execute all actions related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, cross-boarding, and offboarding.
- Keep the work instructions and associated process flows up to date.
- Regularly review the HR data to ensure real-time reporting is always based on accurate data.
- Support the delivery of accurate reports for the monthly finance reforecast process and play a key role in the organizational reporting for the annual business planning process.
- Support systems testing for HRIS-related platforms as needed.
- Support the implementation of law changes in a project-based way into policies, processes, and systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience with SAP HCM & SuccessFactors (preferred).
- Knowledge of Dutch labor law, social, and tax law.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Service-oriented and team player.
- Accurate and growth mindset.
