About the Role

The Coupa Support Analyst will be part of the Tech Ops Organization, responsible for maintaining all ADM systems in operation with highest availability. As a member of the Service Delivery Organization, this role will analyze tickets raised by users and provide response/resolution to the user or work with concerned teams/3rd party providers to resolve the issues as per the Operational/Service Level Agreement with the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding of ADM procurement processes and ADM business processes or have an understanding of accounting for procurement processes with regards to Purchasing and Receiving.
  • Willingness to learn Coupa via external and internal training.
  • Ability to act as back-up for the Coupa Support Lead.
  • Ability to assist the Coupa Support Lead in managing daily operations.
  • Perform thorough testing before releasing any solution for final user validation.
Requirements
  • Minimal 5 years of functional experience in Coupa.
  • Experience with dealing with areas in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Finance, Procurement.
  • Ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
  • Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures and processes.
  • Fluent in English, Portuguese speaking is preferred.
