Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Parts Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in Eindhoven. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the systematic setup and maintenance of our spare parts supply base in our ERP system.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue Request for Quotations, analyze responses, and negotiate with suppliers to source parts externally.
  • Update our ERP database with vendor master data and information records, including contracts, credentials, prices, lead times, and minimum order quantities.
  • Provide leadership and direction to our Shared Service Master Data Management team in Poland related to mass updates and central reporting.
  • Prepare supplier performance data to support strategic purchasers in negotiations with suppliers.
  • Perform ad-hoc adjustments and updates as needed.
Requirements:
  • A couple of years' experience in purchasing or purchasing project management.
  • Experience in negotiating with suppliers on commercial conditions, including price, lead time, and minimum order quantity.
  • Knowledge of cost drivers for suppliers in specific sectors.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.
  • Secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent.
  • Good English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage.
  • You should be decisive, take initiative, and take responsibility.
  • An empathic team player with strong communication skills.
  • Analytical, quick learner, able to gather, interpret, and evaluate information proactively.
  • Organized and detailed, with strong planning skills and ability to deliver customer expectations.
  • Knowledge of SAP, PLM, Excel, Power BI, and willingness to operationally contribute.

Estimated Salary:

€60,000 - 80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
