Position Overview

We are seeking a Lead Technical Project Management Specialist to spearhead and oversee intricate technical projects from initiation to completion. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all project goals are achieved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee multifaceted technical projects, encompassing strategic planning, budget management, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
  • Encourage robust collaboration among internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure precise project execution.
  • Formulate, enhance, and maintain comprehensive project plans, essential milestones, and detailed timelines.
  • Proactively identify and address potential project risks, deploying strategic solutions to avert delays or interruptions.
  • Track project progress, swiftly resolve bottlenecks, and implement proactive strategies to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Provide clear and concise project status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, emphasizing progress and financial compliance.
  • Maintain a steadfast commitment to quality assurance, ensuring that all projects exceed technical specifications and client expectations.
  • Assist in identifying new project opportunities, engage in proposal development, and collaborate on bidding strategies.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of extensive experience in managing complex projects within a technical environment.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication abilities, with a proven history of leading high-performing teams.
  • In-depth understanding of advanced technical concepts and industry-specific terminology.
  • Proven proficiency in utilizing advanced project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, capable of inspiring and mentoring cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to excel in high-pressure situations.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certifications are highly desirable.
