Operational Technology Security Lead

We are seeking an experienced OT Cybersecurity Consultant to help organizations across industries such as manufacturing, energy, transportation, healthcare, and oil & gas secure their Operational Technology (OT) networks, mitigate cyber risks, and implement effective OT security monitoring solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Apply expertise in cybersecurity and industrial systems to develop and implement OT security strategies.
  • Design and deploy risk mitigation solutions to enhance OT resilience.
  • Support business development by creating go-to-market strategies, proposals, and marketing materials to drive client engagement and expansion.
  • Collaborate with market and sales teams to facilitate the sales process and client acquisition.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, or Maritime industries.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, proposal writing, go-to-market strategies, and tracking business growth.
  • Strong experience presenting and engaging with executive leadership, including CISOs, CIOs, and CTOs.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and SCADA technologies, including PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.
  • Experience conducting cybersecurity risk assessments and aligning security programs with industry best practices.
