About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Specialized Services Customer Care team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process, monitor, and follow up on orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Record, analyze, and resolve dispute situations, including complaints and returns
  • Provide sales team and customer support, including information requests, lead times, and dispute solving
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of Order-To-Cash processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and order management
  • Computer literacy, including MS-Office Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
