Pega Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Development Engineer to join our team at de Volksbank. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our financial services.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop complex IT solutions for financial customer and service processes using PEGA SSA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues on PEGA architecture and implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant developments in the financial services sector and apply this knowledge to drive innovation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or business computer science.
- At least 8 years of experience in PEGA SSA development and implementation.
- Proven track record of solving complex problems and translating them into actionable solutions.
- Demonstrable knowledge of PEGA architecture and customer and payment processes within a financial institution.
- Knowledge of DevOps setup and Java is a plus.
- A competitive salary between €65,000 and €87,000 gross annual fixed income.
- A 36-hour working week with flexible hours.
