Product Marketing Internship at Vivitek

About the Role:

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product marketing, supporting the development and execution of strategies to drive product adoption and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Assist in creating streamlined processes and documentation to communicate product release timelines with sales teams, ensuring seamless coordination and minimizing delays.
  • Performance Analysis: Create reporting and dashboards to analyze and track campaign performance, identifying trends and optimization opportunities for our small business customers.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, current market trends, and competitors, providing valuable insights for informed product decisions.
  • NPI Support: Assist the NPI (New Product Introduction) release for any new product launch in EMEA, ensuring a smooth rollout process.
  • Marketing Coordination: Coordinate marketing activities, including exhibition, tradeshow, and local events, effectively promoting products and engaging with customers.

Additional Tasks:

  • Customer Support: Provide support for customer inquiries related to price and product information.
  • Customer Data Management: Create and maintain customer master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • SAP Data Maintenance: Maintain and update customer pricing data in SAP.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Currently enrolled at a university and will be enrolled throughout the internship. A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Languages: Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
  • Graphic Design: Knowledge of graphic design is a plus.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with experience working with both internal and external partners/customers.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Communication and Presentation: Good communication and presentation skills.
