About the Role

As a rental coordinator, you will be responsible for communicating with new tenants via phone or email, ensuring that all aspects of the rental process run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the entire rental process, including communication, administration, and coordination.
  • Work accurately and precisely, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Have experience in administrative work, preferably in a customer-facing role.
What We Offer
