Senior Director of Global GNSS Architecture

Fugro, a company with 30 years of experience in satellite positioning, is seeking a skilled System Architect to lead the development of our global architecture. The ideal candidate will have strong industrial experience and excellent communication skills to collaborate across functions and organizational levels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical leadership and management of various GNSS-related software development, including embedded libraries, server-based software, and client software for precise localization of marine, land, and space objects. They will collect business requirements by interacting with customers and sales teams and translate these into technical specifications.

This role requires a master's degree in technical sciences, preferably with a PhD. The candidate should showcase deep technical knowledge of GNSS and PPP, with at least 15 years of industrial experience in system/software development, including 3+ years in a position as Principal System Engineer or similar. Experience in working with remote teams and different development methodologies, such as Agile and V-model, is also essential.
