About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team at Radisson Hotel and Suites Amsterdam South. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage F&B Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Stock Management: Manage all stock aspects of the F&B, including taking inventory and reordering supplies.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints promptly and according to our hotel standards.
  • Team Management: Oversee the preparation of beverages, ensure quality of product served, and assign various side duties to employees.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all servicing and kitchen equipment are clean, well maintained, and meet all hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the identification of training needs and provide coaching and conduct training for all team members to ensure that service standards are followed.
  • Leadership: Act as the 'Host' of Keuken & Bar, lead by example, and set the right work environment and follow procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
